Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for customer-related reasons, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size or product.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all personalization details and product specifications before placing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must fall under one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged Product: The item arrived with clear damage (e.g., torn canvas, broken frame, scratches).
  • Manufacturing Defect: The print quality is blurry, faded, or the colors are incorrect.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a completely different item or a design that does not match your approved order.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

To report an issue, please follow these simple steps within the 30-day window:

    • Your Order Number.
    • A brief, clear description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or a short video that clearly shows the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This is mandatory for processing your claim.

Our customer service team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

4. Resolution: Replacement or Refund

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you can choose one of the following solutions:

  • Free Replacement: We will promptly create and ship a new, corrected item to you at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for the total price of the affected item(s) to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
