Processing & Delivery Timeline
Because each piece is custom-made especially for you, please note the following timelines. “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.
- Production Time:4-6 business days
- This is the time required for our team to create, print, and frame your custom art before it is ready for shipment.
- Shipping Time:5-8 business days
- This is the transit time after your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-14 business days from the date of your order.
Shipping Costs & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx and other reliable local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $3.95 is applied to all orders with a total value under $140.
- Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $140 or more.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Address & Taxes
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s full responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Modijo is not liable for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
- Taxes: Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address, as required by state and local laws within the United States.
